Description

John Wick VR is a 15-minute first-person interactive VR experience featuring Lance Reddick that allows players to explore iconic locations from the film, interact with Charon, and survive a surprise assassination attempt. Upon completion, John Wick VR was integrated into John Wick Chronicles (a commercial VR game developed by Grab Games and Starbreeze) as the game intro & player hub.

 Interestingly, one of the most successful elements in the experience was the elevator ride from the lobby to the apartment. It was a huge wow factor for most players because of its perfectly holistic execution and focus on comfort.

 I worked closely with BigRedButton (developers), Lance Reddick (Charon), and Derek Kolstad (writer) to create an authentic John Wick experience that included VO, facial, and motion capture performances
